• Results vary. Strategy and guidance support your decisions; I do not guarantee specific revenue, ranking, or business outcomes.

4. Shop and digital / physical products

• Product descriptions are provided in good faith; slight variations (e.g. color on screen) may occur.

• Service refunds: because strategy work is custom and begins upon engagement, fees are generally non-refundable once work has started, except where required by law or where I cancel and cannot reschedule.

6. Client responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information and timely feedback

Delays on your side may extend timelines.

7. Intellectual property

• Site content (text, imagery, design, branding) is owned by Orianne or licensed to me. You may not copy, scrape, or reuse it for commercial purposes without permission.
• Project deliverables: unless otherwise agreed in writing, you receive a license to use final approved deliverables for your business; I retain ownership of frameworks, templates, methods, and pre-existing materials.
• I may show anonymized or agreed portfolio examples of work, unless we agree otherwise in writing.

8. Acceptable use

You may not:

• Misuse the Site, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with its operation
• Submit unlawful, harmful, or infringing content
• Use the Site to spam, scrape at scale, or reverse engineer services

I may suspend access if these Terms are violated.

9. Third-party tools and links

The Site may use or link to third-party tools (scheduling, payments, analytics, social platforms). Their terms and privacy policies apply to those services. I am not responsible for third-party sites or outages outside my control.

10. Disclaimer
